The Macau 3's namesake comes from the remote island off the coast of Hong Kong. It;s kinda like the Las Vegas of the West. It was once colonized by the Portguese, so the food, cluture and the architecture was a wicked mix. Yep, that's the last time I had mussels. Weirdly enough, the three of us have been there and experienced a similar reaction to the food. You have to take a ferry to get there, and it's choppy, and FAST. When Jeff was touring there, his stomach turned as well. Good thing Tony helped him along through the rough waters. When I got off the ferry I witnessed a Chinese lady attempting suicide by jumping off the boat ramp into shallow waters...and failing. Ouch. hope she is ok now. Well, here's a snipbit of a groove i wrote in back in Ohio, during high school, interpreted by Tony, Jeff, and I.
